Fang

“Fang” is a cable holder for work stations (especially suitable for Notebook users). Cables such as for example USB cables, load cables, digital camera cables, audio cables or network cables, which are not connected to the unit, are prevented from dropping down because of their weight. After a cable is unplugged from a laptop, it slides only as far as the plug into the cable holder and is ready for re-use. “Fang” is the solution to the loose cable problem. “Fang” prevents tedious bending and looking for cables. The cable slides trough a round opening and sets hooked into a cleft. Its possible to hang up the cable without removing “Fang” completely from the table.
The cable holder is made of a piece of tin and sets completed with only two bending steps. This product was created for a design competition of “Lista Ofice”. "Fang" reached a place unter the first ten.
